RESERVATIONS, DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
To secure participation, an advance payment of 25% is required at the time of reservation. An additional 50% payment is due 90 days before the trip start date, with the final 25% payable upon arrival in Nepal. For reservations made within 90 days of departure, a 75% advance payment is required, with the remaining 25% due upon arrival. If special permits are required, 100% of the permit fee must be paid 90 days before the trip starts.
PRICES, RATES & FARES
All tour prices are based on a minimum of two passengers traveling together. Single Occupancy rates apply with a minimum of two people traveling together, each in a single room. For solo travelers, Single Traveling Alone (STA) prices will be applicable. All quoted prices are in USD and are subject to change based on currency exchange rates and government tax or tariff changes. Sentiers du Nepal Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to adjust prices accordingly.
INSURANCE
Sentiers du Nepal Pvt. Ltd recommends a Travel Protection Program for all guests, covering medical emergencies before or during your trip, along with additional coverage options.
REVISION FEES
A handling fee will be charged for any changes made to an existing reservation. Name spelling corrections after ticket issuance will incur airline revision fees. Courier delivery costs will apply for changes made within five weeks prior to departure. Date or itinerary changes within 30 days of departure will incur additional charges.
ACCOMMODATIONS
Accommodations will be provided on a double occupancy basis at the specified or similar properties. Room assignments are at the discretion of the hotels, based on the category specified in the itinerary. Rates are based on double occupancy. Single room occupants, whether by choice or circumstance, must pay the single room supplement.
MEALS
Meals are included as specified in the itinerary. A la Carte and Buffet options are available, with special meals and entertainment arranged as per the itinerary. In remote and mountainous areas, meals will be basic and simple.
SIGHTSEEING & LAND TOUR SERVICES
Sightseeing and transfers will be conducted by car, van, mini bus, or coach, depending on the number of participants. Vehicles will be air-conditioned where necessary and available, as determined by the nature of the terrain and outlined in the itinerary.
AIRLINE CLAUSE
The airlines associated with the tours and holidays featured on this website are not responsible for any acts, omissions, or events while passengers are not on board their aircraft. Passenger tickets and confirmations issued by the airline constitute the sole contract between the airline and passengers. Domestic airfares and flight times in Nepal are subject to change without notice, and flight reservations are only valid with a passenger’s passport copy.
LUGGAGE HANDLING
Guests are recommended to carry one standard-sized suitcase and one small-sized suitcase. Domestic flight baggage allowances are subject to the carrier’s specific rules and regulations. Baggage and personal effects are at the owner’s risk throughout the trip, and baggage insurance is recommended. Carrier liability for baggage is stated in the passenger contract and airline terms and conditions. Liability for checked and unchecked baggage shall not exceed the actual loss incurred, subject to proof of the amount of loss.
TOUR PRICE EXCLUSIONS
Tour prices do not include: Air transportation (unless specified), passport fees, visa fees, eTA fees, inoculations, vaccinations, health certificates, airport taxes, personal items including alcoholic beverages, meals not specified, tips, excess baggage charges, insurance (cancellation, health, damage, baggage), private transfers, and any items not specifically listed as included.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Sentiers du Nepal Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to take photographs during any program and use them for promotional purposes. Passengers preferring not to have their images used should notify their trip leader.
RESPONSIBILITY-LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sentiers du Nepal Pvt. Ltd acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, transport companies, or suppliers providing services to clients. As an agent, we are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or other claims due to (1) actions or omissions by independent suppliers, (2) defects or failures of any vessel, aircraft, vehicle, or instrumentality under independent supplier control, (3) loss, injury, or damage from Acts of God, dangers, fire, equipment breakdowns, wars, terrorism, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, medical epidemics, destination closures, quarantines, customs regulations, defaults, delays, cancellations, or itinerary changes due to schedule changes or other causes beyond our control. Sentiers du Nepal Pvt. Ltd is not liable for loss or damage from insufficient or improperly issued passports, visas, or legal documents. All documents issued by us are subject to tariffs, terms, and conditions under which services are provided by suppliers.
RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
Sentiers du Nepal Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to (1) cancel any itinerary or part thereof, (2) make itinerary alterations, including hotel substitutions, and (3) decline to accept or retain any passenger if deemed necessary for the tour’s operation or other passengers’ well-being. Passengers asked to leave a tour will be responsible for costs incurred due to departure and/or return to their home country.
